Lancaster Stormers Sleepover

This is an incredible event for the Scouts. Where else do you get to walk on the field, watch the game, the food, the activities, the SLEEPOVER on the field, the movie on the big screen, etc., make this event one of the best!

For 2024: Sign-ups are also open to Scouts from Troop 44 ... join us for the fun! (note - Troop 44 Scouts should use their own email and cell phone on the sign-up form if a parent is not going to attend).

Important Notes:

Absolutely no tent pegs can be used on the outfield - Be sure to bring a tent that doesn't need them!
PRO TIP - The movie usually runs past midnight and the scouts/city can be noisy. A sleep mask and ear plugs are highly recommended!
Dinner will be a voucher for a hot dog, chips, and a drink at one of the food vendor stands. During the game you can purchase additional food/snacks. For the movie, consider bringing your own snacks/drinks with your gear.
Prior to the game, scouts will be given the opportunity to parade around the bases and stand on the field during the Star Spangled Banner - we will line up near third base shortly before the first pitch.
This is a relaxed event - feel free to hang around with others from the pack or spend the evening as a family.
Don't forget to check out the carnival area - scouts can get a FREE wristband to ride the carousel and play the games (subject to game-day confirmation).
Remember to leave your overnight gear in your vehicle - after the game all overnighters will be dismissed and then allowed to re-enter after the rest of the guests have left.
