Spring Fundraiser
Flower Bulb Sale (optional)
The PA Dutch Council is sponsoring a Spring Flower Bulb sale this year, and we are very thankful that Lisa Volk (Eli and Jack's mom) will be our Unit Fundraising Champion for this program. As a reminder, the Spring sale is completely optional (Popcorn in the Fall is our required Fundraiser) but many scouts choose to participate to help fill their Scout Account to pay for Summer Camp. These make great gifts for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, housewarming, Easter, as well as gifts for clients.
Flower Bulbs and Pack 44:
Spring Fundraiser that helps Scouts pay for camp or other Scouting activities
Risk Free: Scouts take orders, collect payment, and submit one check to their unit
Bulb packages include a choice of 18 different flowers. Each package costs $13 and scouts keep 25% commission on sales to go toward summer camp!
Easy ways to sell flower bulbs include family, friends, social media, local businesses or door knocking. Flower bulbs make great gifts too!
Scouts take orders and collect payment in person OR, this year, out-of-area friends and family can order on-line and have their orders shipped directly to them (shipping charge approx. $10-12). *For online orders, make sure to follow the directions on the postcard given to each Scout.*
Timeline for selling Flower Bulbs runs January 23rd through February 24th.
